Alice Springs School a Hub of Red Dust Activity 02-Feb-10

The program commences this week with the music team delivering two weeks of song writing, music and production activities and training. Next up is the hip-hop team, who will deliver their exciting program to enhance leadership skills as well as deadly dance and fitness skills.

Further programs through the term will include performing and visual arts, digital media and IT, combining classroom-based activities with off-campus and community experiences.

Through this initiative Red Dust aims to provide an innovative and relevant platform for learning to disengaged youth, affording them educational opportunities that lead to further academic, vocational or pre-employment pursuits.
