Foster’s seeks to actively participate in and make a positive difference to the communities in which we live and work. We do this through our Foster's in the Community program, encompassing community engagement activities, employee involvement activities and responsible consumption initiatives.

Our long-term partnership with Red Dust Role Models is one of a number of community partnerships we have in Australia. Through our Red Dust partnership, we offer financial support for the delivery of healthy lifestyle educational programs in remote indigenous communities.

Red Dust's unique program also gives our employees the opportunity to participate in a cultural exchange program within these communities, enabling our people to develop a sense of community and the opportunity to evolve into community ambassadors.
