Kate played in her first ISF Women’s World Championship in 2006, helping Australia to a Bronze Medal and to secure a spot for the team in the 2008 Olympic Games.

She debuted for Australia during the Japan Tour in 2002 and has since gone on to represent Australia 142 times, including the 2006 Canada Cup and US World Cup.
