I was born in Alice Springs. My grandfather’s country is Ngarleyekwerleng in the Western Desert near Yuendumu and my grandmother’s country is Alhalkerre Atnangkerre (Boundary Bore) of Utopia. I have a long working history in Sport & Recreation, Remote/Urban Aboriginal Community Development, Family & Child Welfare, Alcohol & Other Drugs Awareness and Consultancy on Aboriginal Community Engagement policies and procedures.

I have 3 beautiful children Samuel , Zoe  and Kaitlyn  and currently live in Alice Springs with my beautiful and most wonderful partner Naomi.

I have been successful as an Aboriginal artist which has always been an important part of my upbringing linking me to a proud history of well respected and well known artists of the Aboriginal Art World. Some of these Aboriginal artists include Jack Cooke Ngala (Grandfather), Ted Egan Jungala (Grandfather), Kudditji Kngwarreye (Grandfather), Emily Kame Kngwarreye (Grandmother-deceased), Minnie Pwerle (Grandmother-deceased), Clifford Possum Tjapaltjarri (Uncle- deceased), Lindsay Bird Mpetyane (Uncle), Margaret Scobie (Aunty), Maureen Hudson Nampitjinpa (Aunty), Mitjili Napurrula (Aunty), Barbara Weir (Aunty), Kathleen Petyerre (Aunty), and Gloria Petyerre (Aunty).

“I belong to one of the oldest cultures in the world, where our existence dates back at least 40,000 years, where Aboriginal Art dates back 20,000 years. When I paint, I share with you my inheritance, my culture, my story, and my hope for Aboriginal People in the future”.
