First Nations Men creating lasting change within their communities

Leadership for young men is as much about care as it is about confidence. In culturally grounded sessions, boys and young men explore what responsibility looks like: showing up, listening well, helping family, staying healthy, and making choices aligned to who they are.
“Strong identity supports healthy leadership. Being strong means looking after yourself, your mates, and your community.”
When mentors and Elders set the tone, conversations open up: about identity, respect, mental wellbeing, and goals. Practical activities — from team challenges to health literacy stations — reinforce that strength is holistic. It’s physical, cultural and emotional.
We see young men carry this forward: checking in on friends, supporting siblings, stepping up in sport and school, and leading by example. These are the habits that build healthy leadership — in homes, workplaces and on Country.
Today we recognise the quiet, steady growth that becomes lifelong character.
Your gift resources culture‑first sessions with Elders and mentors—identity, respect, mental wellbeing and health literacy—so boys and young men practise responsibility in school, sport and family.
