Cultural education

Cultural education, immersion and leadership

In partnerships with remote Indigenous communities and Red Dust, every stage of your cultural learning journey is supported. From awareness and education to immersion and leadership programs on-Country.

Our Reconciliation Programs provide genuine two-way learning and cultural exchange.

Indigenous and non-Indigenous facilitators yarn side-by-side to deliver our cultural awareness, education and immersion programs in person, online and on-Country to support you in your Reconciliation journey, no matter where you or your organisation is starting from.

Programs for every stage of your cultural learning journey

Red Dust Reconciliation Programs are designed with your individual, corporate or community group goals in mind.  Our programs are structured around three core ideas.

We all have culture, identity and complexity in our stories. Sharing these stories builds empathy and celebrates diversity.

Reconciliation Action

Truth Telling

Many Australians are not familiar with our true history or the contemporary experience of First Nations Australians.

Truth Telling is not intended as a focus on guilt but rather a necessity for healing and Reconciliation.
Explore the question of how to be an ally and the steps that lead us all towards a reconciled Australia.

Through these ideas we explore Red Dust’s actions for allies as an authentic and meaningful way to engage in Reconciliation:

  • Start with yourself
  • Educate yourself
  • Challenge yourself
Every program you buy is supporting more than 120 First Nations employment opportunities in remote community programs each year.

Listen to what others have to say about our cultural awareness, education and immersion programs.
